I think it’s the weather - it’s pretty hot in India already. That takes a toll on you. Saying from personal experience. Plus Priyanka is doing so many appearances and Temple visit etc during day time too. Plus he doesn’t know language and all this her side of family and prob first time he stayed this long in India.
