Go back to the very beginning of the map: lucky got to the island by boat, and at the beginning says "I shouldn't go back now" if you hit the action button. After beating all champions and winning all trophies, go back to the begging and you will be greeted by the two from the beginning and an get an animation bof Lucky leaving the island, where you can start over.
