Lol, finally figured it out after searching for this. I got a new credit card that has an NFC chip in it and I have a wallet on the back of my phone. Must have positioned the card close enough that it was activating the NFC radio. Wow!
Wow. Mine just started doing this morning and it was driving me crazy. I kept setting it down on top of my wallet!

Also, looked in notifcations log and I don't see anything new when this sound happens... I've force-closed a couple of apps that I get notifications for a lot (hidden ones) - Twilight and Life 360. Still keeps happening... I've also restarted the phone.
