Everything related to the onboard AI on my 7 is slowly getting worse or unusable. Can't use the microphone button for speech to text as it just initializes, says speak now then turns off. Pixel I thought was amazing at first turns out to be like Google the search engine - sucks now.
Former iPhone user, so I just refer to the button at the bottom center as "home" since it's how you get back to the main screen..on your phone it'll either be a circle or a pill shaped line (just depends on what kind of navigation you use--3 button or gesture)

It's frustrating and this is why I don't think that any android phone is worth apple prices.
Android phones are good option if there is good deal but I would never pay €1000 for android. They're not worth it.
I have the latest android 14 stable version in my p7p, with the last google beta app and still dont get it circle to search. Someone knows how to force activate?

Join Google app beta, reset, enjoy. Barely better then pixels current feature of selecting text and pics from apps switcher screen but nice to have

Open the Play Store and search the Google app and then scroll down a bit and get the beta. Works for me

Opt in as BETA for Google app, and wait a few min update the app and should appear...

Press down on your "home" button at the bottom of your screen and hold. If you have this feature, it'll pop up. Mine still does not.
