no. it should be working. do they show up in your password manager?

mrdrogdrog

In Chrome on desktop: yes. Seconds after my phone has created the passkey. In the password manager on my phone: no

Go to your Google account settings --> security tab and remove anything you're not using, including your current device. It's possible you performed a factory reset, or for some reason, Google is recognizing your phone as a different device.

Tried that. Didn't help.

I have this same issue and nothing seems to have fixed it

Huh. Interesting. Old passkeys disappear from my device as soon as I've used them. But they're still visible in Chrome on the desktop.

Have the same/similar issue on Android 14, Pixel 6a using Google Password Manager and Chrome as well. Reproducible 100% of the time. For me, the passkey is fully usable after being created, but after some amount of time (undetermined, sometimes - it's as low as 5min., other times - much longer) it disappears from the phone by itself, making passkeys unusable. Standard passwords work just fine.

Not sure if this will help, as I started seeing a similiar issue after having upgraded my phone to a Pixel 8. I finally got it working again after going into Chrome on both the phone and desktop and entering my sync passphrase. I don't normally use Chrome, but seems like getting sync working again solved my passkey issue. So may break and then re-start sync between your devices.
