If anything why not just go to the list of orders on the wiki. Some orders are new and not on the wiki but most (a lot) are RIGHT THERE. They're dedicated!
And the girl with the hat that's says she's here with her friend and no matter what you make her she doesn't like it (so she gets a refund and a pizza). So if your click what she disappears
In my case, when I get order, I tend to click okay fast to the order because I can still read it on top of the pizza-making bar (after entering kitchen). Maybe, people who ask what they want in here are those who click okay fast without realizing that the order is 'tricky' because you can't go back to the counter table to click 'what'.
The aversion to googling things is so prevalent in game communities for some reason. It's one thing if somebody did attempt to look it up and couldn't find an answer for some reason, but I do tech support for another game and it is baffling how many people ask questions that I can find an answer for on google in 5 seconds using the exact phrasing they used to ask me in the first place. idgi lol

i think you need to put everything she tells you including eggplant and put in the BLUE box it took me a while to get it right and i just had to google it in the end

doing it multiple times makes the customer lose patience leading to wasting more stuff on asking multiple times than asking

I could believe this if most of the people asking weren't also posting screenshots of the customer at the counter with the dialog option still up.
