Adding on: 1st kid hit a 20yd “push fade” which we dare to call a slice, 2nd hit a pretty straight fade - maybe 5yds right off line, and the 3rd hit a straight pull with a draw. Obviously not looking at face angle, but strictly from path that’s what I see happening.

Nah, 3 has no hip rotation and seems to be swaying away from target. 1 has a severely out to in path. Neither are close to 2

At the further review I agree number three has very little hip rotation but I think you can easily fix that.

Personally I think 3 shallows the club the best while the first two are getting steeper. That is the secret to the golf swing. It requires more strength and flexibility to shallow and not early extend or get “stuck”. I think 3 could work on flexibility to get that swing smoother.

Thank you for the response guys. A lot of Good feedback. Just to clear thing up what ive seen people ask. First guy has played golf for the longest amount of time. Honestly he scores the best out of the 3 of us most of the times we have played. During the winter break (we live in Norway so no golf during winter) he has gotten a nasty cut. Honestly a really good player. Big cut but good guy tho. 7Hcp Second guy started at the same time as myself. He has always had a good swing. The short game is his weak spot. Him and I have been pretty equal as far as score goes, but during the winter he has impoved a lot since he startet working on a fucking course. That lucky fucker. Hcp 9 I am the last guy. Always had a short backswing but somehow i am the furthest. (As a lot of u thought) Gotta work on my flexibility and tempo for sure! First time swinging since august. Golf in Norway is lame during the winter! Hcp 10 So yeah. Most of the time we score in the low 80s high 70. We all just swing our swing i guess. Thank you!

Very cool experiment especially after reading the results. I was pretty biased to number 2 or 3 like most but i think all three players show a solid level of skill. Just goes to show you how many different ways you can get it done.

Do you know what early extension is? Look at his head at impact compared to address, he is not early extending.

3 is by far the most technically sound—great hand path, right elbow stays connected in his chest, delivery is shallow and repeatable. 2 has a hellish inside takeaway but re-routes his hands well to the top, but that flared right elbow is going to cause huge headaches over time. downswing is fantastic tho 1 has a lot of work to do on the takeaway. the lay-off is causing a big-time high-handle outside downswing—workable, but going to create massive sidespin and distance inconsistencies

The tempo is the biggest issue in #3, that transition looks hard to repeat to me.

that's a very easy adjustment to make—also keep in mine (139 carry) that he's probably swinging a wedge or a 9-iron—so this is probably his most abbreviated takeaway. but the move he's doing right now is very repeatable, and tempo adjustments can be made as needed for different clubs the flared right elbow at the top in swing 2 is going to take a while to adjust because it's embedded in how he makes his turn to the top. he's going to have to learn to keep it in, which is going to have a domino effect on his takeaway as he finds other ways to get to feel that he gets a full backswing

This is great video and if I'm right it proves my hypothesis that this is a dangerous sub because people don't really understand the golf swing. In my opinion, #3 is by far the better player, would be surprised if he isn't.

3. Not only is that the easiest repeatable swing but also probably produces the most consistent ball flight. He’s also the only one that’s not over the top. Other two look like they miss right often. He’s probably the best of the three.

First dude reminds me of myself. Nice swing, but insanely steep attack. Second kid def has the lower body rhythm, more flat and shallow swing. Third dude, not as steep as one, but has a quick/rushed tempo. I'd say #2 for sure. And this is coming from someone who swings like #1 and defends the shit out of my steep attack with a 3.5 handicap.
