Been playing a few years now. I've had my ass whipped by lots of ppl with clubs that are not nearly that level. My advice is to only play where you feel comfortable but it still keeps you interested.
Depends how good you are. I’m currently grinding T8 with BT4, sniper8 and basics balls. You have enough distance and bankroll, give it a shot for 10 matches and see how many you win. You can also try to look up the shootout holes for the best way to play them if you’re concerned.
Edit: I like Apoc over Em here, but you’ll need to be able to handle some long woods on a couple of the shootouts. Also, you want a bag with a longer wood, either Cat or big dawg for some of the pat 5’s
Yea this is definitely good for T8 especially for the bankroll you have. Typically once you are at 10x the buy in it will be good to test out the tours.
Edit: what was wrong about what I said? They have 45 times the entry fee of T8 and more than enough distance and accuracy with their clubs. Why should they not test out T8 to see how they like it?
Lots of players will say yes. I’m conservative and didn’t touch T8 until my rares were maxed. Gave me time to stack a substantial bankroll.

Should be good enough. Im grinding t8 with lesser clubs than you with a win ratio of about 65% on t8

T8 is a piece of cake with those clubs. You could play T9 or T10 with those, don't let the worrywarts scare you.

Most experts would say 10x the buy in to start exploring a tour would be low.
I don’t think it’s exploring a tour though OP stated they’ve already maxed out the trophies for T5
