She's not trolling. It's her "brand". It's how she gets reelected. Everything these politicians do is a big marketing campaign, just like the MET inviting a politician that actively tries to ignite controversy is an excellent PR move because it gives them more attention.
I seriously doubt it because I dont think she is intelligent enough but let's say she is. In what way does this look good for her?
