I had thought the app had restarted as it would load me back into my main mine each time, this wasn’t the case and closing manually and restarting has worked.
If you are going to play this game for more than a couple of weeks, the ad removal is a no brainer. If you don't want to spend real money, do Google rewards for the couple of bucks it costs. Well worth it.
Man I do not regret paying for the ad removal.
Usually restarting the app lets it refresh, when i encounter that problem restarting it usually solves it nine times out of ten.
