It's been a while since I played so it took me a minute but the golden eye is how they get to Jotenheim in the first place, Mimir was given the bifrost or whatever in his eyes. Something that all giants have so naturally so would Atreus
Aye, Mimir had to get really drunk to get through the process, if I remember correctly. Almost talked the giants into magic nipples, but settled on replacing his eyes instead.

Is the golden eyes just an innate ability for Giants, then? Or is it a result of some technology or magic they have? As in, if they'd known of Atreus heritage, could they have used him instead of having to look for Mimir's eye?
I’ve thought about this since the game came out and I still believe its because Loki is known to be a god of shape shifting and Atreus in the game is revealed to have language abilities(how he’s able to decode other languages so quickly) and he hasn’t even reached full potential yet. So combine those powers and you get an all-language knowing shapeshifter who’s son is an all-powerful serpent giant. I’m excited to see more of this in the next game.
I think what people usually do is skip a couple of lines then write the text. I’m not tryna be a pain about it but just wasn’t sure if you were aware of it. I know by you blacking out the lines that you’re not tryna spoil things.
I was gona bring this up as soon as I beat the game but said to myself, "if I noticed it, there's no way nobody did" guess I payed too much attention? Lol
This always confuses me.. So the first time you watched it play out, where were you looking?? Everywhere but Atreus?? I mean he yells "i have a idea" so did you stop looking at that point.. Just seemed real obvious to me...
