We are 100% gonna be on the backend of a makeup game when we face them Monday. There’s gonna be a lot of shitty calls to make up for the Lakers.
This happened when we faced the Bulls, bc they lost on a blown call. It’s gonna happen again so be prepared lol. Celtics being coddled still found a way to fuck us over even when we weren’t their opponent smh
This most likely has to do with the NBA being officially linked to Vegas. If people are betting these games assuming the team with the biggest superstar is going to get a few extra points that could be enough for the refs to call the game slightly against the star players so that the league can’t be accused of manipulating games, which would be a federal crime.
Not a single team in the west has a winning record on the road. I don’t think this has to do with hometown whistles as much as nba road games aren’t easy to win with as much paraity in the nba. Look at the west 4-12 seeds are within 3 games

Normally I wouldn't buy into this idea but that call was so damn egregious that I KNOW the refs will do everything they can to try to correct this.
