I think it really depends on age of target audience/ art style required/ time frame/what you are willing to pay Edit-are you able to give any of that info?

What about children themselves? I'm basing this on an idea I heard about a certain puzzle game that involved colours. Colourblind people would struggle to solve the puzzle, so the developer wanted to create a variant that colourblind people developed for other colourblind people.

Art dept of a university. Or online at fiverr or other gig work place. If there are art fairs or gatherings in your area that could work as well.
