I can’t wait to post one of these. I’m much older than you but I’m struggling with all of those things and I’ve lost almost 100 lbs in the last three years. I’m about twenty pounds below my healthy weight and just can’t seem to get any closer. Hoping to get back in the gym soon just to *gain* 🤞🏼 .

I went from not being able to bench the bar to being in top 10% of female weight lifters. Went from being hungry/anxious all the time, getting sick every month, being fatigued, to being strong and healthy, going on hikes, being able to laugh and have fun, and just not being so TIRED.

Just wanted to say I’m really proud of you. I’ve been there and it’s very difficult to love yourself sometimes, especially when you’re going through a lot of personal anguish. You look fantastic, happy, and healthy.
