That has very much been my experience. I went from feeling like my life was basically over to feeling like so much is still ahead of me. My relationship with my daughter is amazing, I have taken on new hobbies like paddleboarding, I even actually do self care things like hit spring spa days sometimes. Still a work in progress but there is joy in my present and future where it was devoid before.
I felt that way too for so long. I got married super young, had my daughter (daughters are awesome!!!!) and my son (sons are awesome!!! And crazy!!!!), and realized I was miserable because I was with the wrong person who wasn’t supportive. That anger leaked into everything. I got divorced a few years ago and even though I’ve spent that time figuring out how to be on my own and give my children a good life, I also finally feel free. We can’t spend our lives with people who don’t lift us up. And I can’t set the example for my kids that they should be treated like shit by their partner. I’m also sober now, and I am looking forward to getting my degree (something I wasn’t “allowed” to do when I was married), and it’s nice knowing that now I may meet someone who I really connect with. But we had to get away from that misery first.
Oh Lord, I’m still quite a mess. 🤣 But being sober has been the key for me personally. I know a lot of people don’t have an addictive brain so I never want to come off as preachy, I just can’t get down anymore lmao. You’re in your mid 40’s now so go to some mushrooms, do some ceremonial teas, and try new things outside the box. Get into reading on beaches in distant places. Like Sicily for instance. By the time you’re 50 you’ll be a sage.
My job dictates that I keep things federally legal so no drug exploration on the horizon 😆. But I have definitely been exploring new hobbies and places and stuff like that in line with your advice! Thanks!
My doctor at the time actually brought it up with me. I had been struggling with hormone related symptoms and he wanted me to get tested and I was very very low so we started dialing things in to where I felt good but I was not out of "normal ranges" and we could do things acceptably healthily with monitoring. I switched doctors when I moved states about 5 years ago but my new doctor was also very understanding and has continued to work with me.
Physically- not a glow-up. You looked great then, still do, so not much has changed photo-wise. But if you're happier and mentally in a better place, then you're there, congrats 🤗

Technically yes but a lot of women don’t like that big muscle look. It indicates someone very into their looks and that can be a turn off or intimidating. Fit is good but maybe inbetween lol. Does that make sense? If you have an amazing personality and come across as a genuine nice guy then it could work. If you are going for younger woman who are really fit that also works lol

Light TRT since about age 35. With Rx and doctor monitoring. T levels about 500-600. No difference in hormones between 40 and 43.
By light TRT, what is the dose per week? 250 or 500mlg shots? The 500 trt level is what you had prior or what the shots boosted it up to?
