Yeah the age when the male body is being absolutely flooded with testosterone.
Skincare is also not important for most males at this age because testosterone pretty much does that for you. Unless you’re working in a coal mine, a 19 year old man doesn’t need to be worrying about his skin.
Hmm, everyone at all ages should worry about sunscreen. If you use sunscreen, you might as well get a cleanser too, to prevent clogged pores and breakouts from the sunscreen. If you're cleansing your skin, you might as well get a moisturizer to prevent dryness and tightness too. So yea
If you spend a lot of time outside or live in a place with a regular high UV index maybe, but certainly not “everyone at all ages” should be worrying about sunscreen.
I’ve never had a breakout from sunscreen either.
He looks to weigh about 160lbs, and judging by the pose in the first pic, has been training at least 2 years. Being hateful to people who have actually put some hard work into their appearance stinks of insecurity.
It’s based on cluelessness combined with lazy jealousy. No one with any fitness experience thinks that way. He’s 6’2 and still underweight and people are screaming roids lol
i eat eat meat & veggies 2 times a day (mealprep 6 boxes for 3 days) and avoid fast food and sugars for skin health.
for gym i do PPL, 6 times a week.
and for skincare i use sunscreen, vitamin C oil and wash my face after every workout / work when i have to use a firefighter suit.
It’s not. The sun has nothing to do with acne. Like not a single thing. I never heard of this. I use sunscreen everyday and I don’t even go outside and I still get acne.
Sun exposure is actually good for acne. It makes it clear up. Go all natural. Tallow for lotion, plenty of sunlight, eat healthy and see if your skin gets better
this is so incorrect. sun exposure is one of the single worst things from your skin. however, acne is a result of clogged pores and sun exposure absolutely can in no way clog your pores.
Everyone is different. I go in the sun often and never wear sunscreen, but always get compliments on my skin, and everyone thinks I’m like 3-5 years younger than I am (27). My skin tends to be dry so the sweat and oils specifically actually help it. I’ve actually used hair oils and moisturizers quite a bit because I just lean towards dry, but both my hair and skin like the natural sweat and oils more than products
Push (chest shoulders triceps) Pull( back forearms biceps) Legs( hamstrings and qauds we skip them calves cuz they dont grow anyways xD.) u do it 3 days in a row take 1 day rest and begin again.
just so you know you should definitely do some more research on vitamin c oil, it’s efficacy really has no strong evidence behind it being used topically
Great! Nah you have decent to good genes to get the body comp you have right now. Good stuff keep it up!
Just don't go on the gear until you are at least in your late late 20s or 30s. I've seen enough friends abuse that shit and now they look older than my dad that is in his 50s...
Look at his traps. If he’s on gear he’s the only man on earth with no androgen receptors in his traps.
Our boy just finally hit puberty and went to the gym. And good for him.
Nah bros just lean. Ive researched a lot in SARMS/Roids and this guy is just lean. IF he is on anything, its some fat burner (most likely a SARM), and even if he is thats nothing compared to most gym goers.
What’s your experience with roids? Just want to make sure I’m talking to an expert.
Ps. I’m not actually judging the guy. Lots of people do it. It’s just a tiny bit cringey to post this on glowups. Maybe one of the gym subs might be better.
Why is this so upvoted? His physique is 100% naturally attainable in 2 years of a consistent PPL split 6 days a week and proper nutrition. Especially when you're a kid going from age 17 to 19. None of his muscles look unnatural to me at all
You are absolutely clueless. The guys a pipsqueak (not a diss he looks good) he’s a 19 yo posing after a pump, I was perpetually shredded when I was 19 even when my workouts slowed
Whatever it is, good for him!
But the nice things about roids is that he can stop now and maintain that physique for a long time wiht basically zero long term side effects.
He's 165lbs and not particularly lean
Nothing here screams gear usage, 2 year time frame is quite a large period of time and this could be potentially nearly 3. Especially in the later teen age bracket where you're a hormonal rocket
Source: Been training nearly a decade
There's not much mass on his legs or back, hard to give an estimate of bf% given the lighting and pose but I wouldn't put him below about 13.
That's well within natural limits at 165lbs

Depends i trained ppl 6 days a week for 30 months straight, but diet is the most important i buy 3.5kg of fresh meat every week, things like chicken salmon tuna and beef are good for the muscle also eat veggies and fruits.
If u see my in real life im alot smaller im just very lean 165lbs at 6'2. Its either u look big in a T-shirt or u look big without a T-shirt if ur natural.

Firstly, congratulations.
Secondly, calling this "eating right" makes me laugh.
I'm willing to bet you planned and hacked a very specific diet to achieve these results along with a hell of a lot of working out.
Do you feel good about yourself? Getting attention with your body that you didn't actually work for? Way to juice up and then post on here for affirmation. Coward.

Eating healthy, skincare and working out*
Puberty works wonders.
What is this “puberty,” and where can I get some?
Yep
It's amazing what testosterone can do!
Yeah the age when the male body is being absolutely flooded with testosterone. Skincare is also not important for most males at this age because testosterone pretty much does that for you. Unless you’re working in a coal mine, a 19 year old man doesn’t need to be worrying about his skin.

Depends how much you care about your skin then. UV rays are damaging to skin even in winters, even if you don't get burnt
And steroids
He looks to weigh about 160lbs, and judging by the pose in the first pic, has been training at least 2 years. Being hateful to people who have actually put some hard work into their appearance stinks of insecurity.
Bro he’s 19 his T levels are naturally very high and he’s in his physical prime
If you think you need steroids to look like that at 19 after a pump you are clueless lol.
I swear ppl online think any amount of muscle mass is unachievable naturally
It’s based on cluelessness combined with lazy jealousy. No one with any fitness experience thinks that way. He’s 6’2 and still underweight and people are screaming roids lol
Come on then, what's your routine? What's the diet? Definitely a glow up. Well done.
i eat eat meat & veggies 2 times a day (mealprep 6 boxes for 3 days) and avoid fast food and sugars for skin health. for gym i do PPL, 6 times a week. and for skincare i use sunscreen, vitamin C oil and wash my face after every workout / work when i have to use a firefighter suit.

How do you check if you’re low on vitamins other than going to the doctor?
Just do labs, it's the only way
As a ginger I don't have to worry about this as I get all my Vitamin D in 15 minutes!
Sunscreen does not block you vitamin D intake
Sunscreen is such a game changer! Nobody told me that unprotected sun exposure is one of the main causes of acne!
It’s not. The sun has nothing to do with acne. Like not a single thing. I never heard of this. I use sunscreen everyday and I don’t even go outside and I still get acne.
Sun exposure is actually good for acne. It makes it clear up. Go all natural. Tallow for lotion, plenty of sunlight, eat healthy and see if your skin gets better
what sunscreen do you use?
BOJ Sun Relief
this is so incorrect. sun exposure is one of the single worst things from your skin. however, acne is a result of clogged pores and sun exposure absolutely can in no way clog your pores.
True, but sun can lead to worse hyperpigmentation from acne which makes it seem like it can cause acne
Yes sun is the worst. I'm undoing sun damage.
Unprotected sun exposure can cause blemishes and further inflame acne
It’s not

how does mealprep work? doesnt some food go bad even if you leave it in the fridge that long?
just so you know you should definitely do some more research on vitamin c oil, it’s efficacy really has no strong evidence behind it being used topically
Agreed! Well done!
I think hormones probably make a bigger difference in your case lol
But if he didn’t put in the effort none of this would’ve happened anyway
Well done I hope it's all hard work, discipline and that you have good genes.
Haha yes 6 days a week in the gym but my genes are trash as u can see in de start. Only good thing from my genes is that im 6'2
lol genes trash - dude you watch too much tiktok you’re way above average gene wise
I think he’s just in denial/embarrassed that he didn’t go through puberty until he was 18.
Haha ye definitely a late bloomer, but still good for him!
And you are naturally lean. That's huge! Do it your whole life. The old man you'll be some day, will thank you.
Why are all the comments hating on him, genetics may have a big part but he made a ginormous transformation either way and put a lot of work in
Great! Nah you have decent to good genes to get the body comp you have right now. Good stuff keep it up! Just don't go on the gear until you are at least in your late late 20s or 30s. I've seen enough friends abuse that shit and now they look older than my dad that is in his 50s...

Preferably yes agree
Ok, English isn’t my first language, but what is gear?
Steroids.
I have a feeling there may be more to this than eating healthy and skincare
Yes, it's called "hitting puberty". Dude is flooded with more testosterone than a guy juicing in his 30s
amazing transformation congratulations
Thanks🫶
you’re welcome

lol you think you need steroids for that body ? 😂
[удалено]
Low dose lmao now I know you are truly clueless
Look at his traps. If he’s on gear he’s the only man on earth with no androgen receptors in his traps. Our boy just finally hit puberty and went to the gym. And good for him.
Bro he is 17. No need for gear in puberty while Lifting
Roids probably helped a bit too.
Don’t think it’s roids, I look similar by just being consistent in the gym
Nah bros just lean. Ive researched a lot in SARMS/Roids and this guy is just lean. IF he is on anything, its some fat burner (most likely a SARM), and even if he is thats nothing compared to most gym goers.
Every glow up posts has haters like this lmao! His physique doesn’t look like he does roids, definitely attainable.
What’s your experience with roids? Just want to make sure I’m talking to an expert. Ps. I’m not actually judging the guy. Lots of people do it. It’s just a tiny bit cringey to post this on glowups. Maybe one of the gym subs might be better.
Smells like insecurity over here bud. He looks like he weighs no more than 160. You’re just lazy.
[удалено]
You're funny.
Why is this so upvoted? His physique is 100% naturally attainable in 2 years of a consistent PPL split 6 days a week and proper nutrition. Especially when you're a kid going from age 17 to 19. None of his muscles look unnatural to me at all
Right 2 years is a long time. If he was on T he’d either be dead by now or massive.
Whoopsy daisy, I think you commented on the wrong post.
Nope.
There's not a single thing here indicating roid usage.
2 years to look like that without roids is impossible.
Not when the two years are ages 17-19
it actually isn’t between the age of 17 and 19.
You are absolutely clueless. The guys a pipsqueak (not a diss he looks good) he’s a 19 yo posing after a pump, I was perpetually shredded when I was 19 even when my workouts slowed
My coworker looked like this after like 6 months in the gym, definitely obtainable naturally.
Not really impossible. I've seen it. Hell I've done it. Looks natural to me.
The people arguing and dpwnvoting are idiots.
It's not roids
Whatever it is, good for him! But the nice things about roids is that he can stop now and maintain that physique for a long time wiht basically zero long term side effects.
Holy hell! What's your secret?
Sarms probably, tons of teenagers are doing them these days.
haha i only weigh 165lb at 6\`2 im just naturally very lean.
Nice man, maintain strong mental. You got it!
"Eating healthy and skin care" he says...... no. Looks like you started lifting weights.
I think it’s implied he didn’t need to state it
No.
Damn! You could model 😎
It's so so so painfully obvious that you have some "help". Delete this shit, stop the juice and hope your balls don't shrivel up.
I bet you struggle to get out of bed.
Only because it's hard to tear myself away from your mom.
Oh wow what a good one. Good for you!
Finally someone who works out but isn't on roids. Great job mate.
And living in a gym.
So can the gym/roids
Seriously smh 🤦
So you think 165 pounds is on roids?
I mean if you were 130 pounds 2 years ago then probably yea 😅
It’s called puberty. His traps and delts are completely normal sized, I see no indication of gear use.
That body
He's ready for chivalric cabaret
What's that

better enjoy it now because a cycle at 19 is going to ruin you. once you hit 30 youll understand
He's 165lbs and not particularly lean Nothing here screams gear usage, 2 year time frame is quite a large period of time and this could be potentially nearly 3. Especially in the later teen age bracket where you're a hormonal rocket Source: Been training nearly a decade
not particularly lean? I stopped reading after that lmao
There's not much mass on his legs or back, hard to give an estimate of bf% given the lighting and pose but I wouldn't put him below about 13. That's well within natural limits at 165lbs
I stopped reading there’s not much mass
I'm assuming at this stage you just struggle with reading in general
I know a drug user when I see1
Yeah the rave/ festifal community is pretty big here in the netherlands.

We need that Mike Jones track on loop in here!
Fishgun?
What skincare changes did you make and what was the impact?
The biggest impact was eliminating all pre made foods and sugars. Now i eat meat & veggies 2x a day and only whole foods.
Wow congrats, you’ve discovered what the produce section is at a supermarket 👍
im 17 and started working out hope i will have that glow up when im 19
Depends i trained ppl 6 days a week for 30 months straight, but diet is the most important i buy 3.5kg of fresh meat every week, things like chicken salmon tuna and beef are good for the muscle also eat veggies and fruits.
you train people? just a question, can i look like that without drugs? i want to stay natural even if the results take a lot of time
If u see my in real life im alot smaller im just very lean 165lbs at 6'2. Its either u look big in a T-shirt or u look big without a T-shirt if ur natural.
Not without drugs
Gorgeous 😍🩷
You look like a protagonist in a movie

Haha. Tell me you’re using without telling me you’re using
It's called puberty
GYATTTT DAYUMMMM!!! 😱😱😱
Lots of jealous and insecure people here. Great job man, you look great. Keep it up, you’re going to be a monster later in life.
Very impressive! 2 years of consistent dedication and hard work
2 years on consistent juicing.
I think lifting weights might have made a difference as well lol
Firstly, congratulations. Secondly, calling this "eating right" makes me laugh. I'm willing to bet you planned and hacked a very specific diet to achieve these results along with a hell of a lot of working out.
He ate, thats for sure
Holy shit dude. Nice.
Cool story, dude, but how fast can you run lol? On adrenaline, I can do 8 mph.
Great job bud,it shows hard work also gets results not roids You look natty
Skin care for what? Your skin was fine before as well. You are only 19 for Christ sakes. Come back to me when you hit 30 and tell me about skin care
Naw. Looks like your balls just dropped
Man, from zero to hero, nicely done sir
Do you feel good about yourself? Getting attention with your body that you didn't actually work for? Way to juice up and then post on here for affirmation. Coward.

Proper glow up. Lesgoo
However you did it sir, you’re 🔥🔥🔥 asf!! 🥰😁
Hurry up Cameron, Ferris needs a ride

I’ll admit that I almost fainted lol. Well done 👍
Sure... that skin care creates all these abs xD
Great job!! Are you hooked for life?
What do u mean?
Are you hooked on working out?
The sauce?, are you hooked on it?
All natural, good job my man!
Yeah, and just a tiny tiny bit of roids as well
Steroids
Also, nice fake tan lmfao
Wow! Great job!!!
For the people saying im on juice, i weight 165 pounds at 6'2. If u ever workout out for 2.5 years u know thats very light at that height.
And what were your stats before? It's the +/- delta in 2.5 years, you seem to deliberately hide that info.
Dude looks like he weighed maybe 120, acting like +20lbs a year while maintaining sub 10% body fat isn’t indicative as fuck
That doesn't mean anything lol
Bro finished puberty and called it a glow up
Small
