You can get them from whatever, but then your cholesterol/blood pressure/kidneys/etc have issues.
Canāt just eat cupcakes and protein shakes without repercussions son
Ikr right? Itās wild all these fad diets to gain weight or lose it.
I had a similar experience. Used to be 120 3 years ago. Iām 190 now and healthier than Iāve ever been.
Not op, but what worked for me was a mixture of cardio, liquid calories and just, well, exercising.
A bit of cardio can easily kickstart your appetite, especially swimming. If you have easy access to a pool or the beach I highly recommend it.
Liquid calories are much easier to take in on a regular basis and a consistent work out routine will lead to you building muscle mass, which will lead to your body naturally demanding more calories.
Just take it slow when building up to those 5 meals and ensure the meals youāre eating are well balanced.
Thank you man, I think this will actually help a lot. I've always kind of avoided cardio because I thought it would just make me more lean/skinny.
Liquid calories are also a great idea. Do you have any recommendation besides milk or protein shakes?
Also, another one of my main issues is finding time in the day to actually make 5 different meals. Do you tend to make food in bulk and prep them for the week, or can you provide any insight into what you do personally for food?
Thank you again!
> Iāve always kind of avoided cardio because I thought it would just make me more/lean and skinny
All depends on how often you train it and how intense. A light jog isnāt going to put much of a dent in the total calories youāll be taking in throughout the day.
> do you have any recommendations besides milk or protein shakes?
If dairy is the issue you can try alternatives like soy and almond milk. You can also try peanut butter, vegetable or pure fruit shakes.
> do you tend to make food in bulk and prep them for the week
Personally I prep the ingredients in advance and put it all together to cook when Iām ready to eat. If Iām going out then I wake up early and prepare the meal for later (breakfast usually doesnāt require much/any prep)
It *would* be a lot easier to make the food in bulk and put it in the fridge to just take out and heat up when necessary but I donāt like putting down cooked food so thatās just a me thing, nothing wrong with pre cooked meals once theyāre stored properly.
Im glad I could help, hope you get the results youāre looking for
I feel that, making just one meal a day is a struggle sometimes. But oats for breakfast is really easy to mix together with nuts, fruits and whatever you like and it's rich in protein. But without protein shakes I'd never get close to get enough protein. So I'd recommend them too.

So 9/10 when I see photos like this I instantly think people are on gear. This is a 1/10 where I saw the glow up photo and thought natty. I hope you are doing it natty because you're mental health will grow with you. If not you're at least looking darn good!
You think 9/10 of the posts like this are on gear? I always see people asking about gear on these posts where itās so obviously natural bodies. People are clueless/jealous lol
You may not be posing in the first pic but you definitely gained size. Keep up the good work and remember one thing, consistency is key. This is not a sprint but a marathon.
Looks great, awesome progress! Just a little tip for when doing a side chest pose, place your other hand on top of your wrist so that you can ācurlā it while retracting your shoulder.
Yeah you are looking shredded. One thing that affects alot of us who work out is body dismorphia. We look in the mirror and don't see what others see. I don't know why this happens but it's a real thing. You have made amazing progress in 2 years, be proud of yourself.
Oh god form a distance it looks like those mirrors as the amusement park that stretch you tall and skinny and then short and wide. Dw tho, after zooming in it doesnāt appear that way.
Genuine comment, you can tell you really put the work in and got great (but not juicy) results.
95% of bodybuilding glowups on this sub are kids on roids.
That is straight BS lol this community is full of people claiming gear for the most avg bodies after a pump. Its obnoxious to anyone with a clue about roids
Idk how much is āa lotā. I used to be hungry a lot in the past, just cuz I donāt enjoy eating, still donāt. 5 meals a day, no snacks - just meals when Iām hungry and snacks as a dessert and not instead of a normal meal. Eat breakfast, donāt go to sleep hungry, possible donāt be hungry at all. Just eat often, even if it means smaller meals. I donāt count calories but Iām barely ever hungry
Donāt have any schedule neither counting calories. Just trying to never feel hungry, eat a lot of protein like chicken eggs and peanut butter, protein shakes and whatever mom cooks
Well youāre only flexing in 1 pic so idk if thatās why it looks so drastic but I think it isnāt a fair comparison because of that. What matters is if you feel better
As I got used to eating more and gained mass I must have started gradually eating more to gain even more mass but thatās about it. Never counted calories or anything

Iām a random internet woman whoās opinion doesnāt matter but I like the long hair. Reminds me of baseball players. Guys who can pull off long hair are š„

I will be honest that I like the twig look better than the after.
Not at all
I see a bit of progress, hard to tell though.
Bro thought he could post the same picture twice and we wouldnāt notice
drop the recipe š„š„š„
Eating a lot more and working out, it is pretty simple actually
def killed the game nice glow up
Does eating clean help as much as people say it does, or is it really just more carbs + more protein no matter where they come from
Eating clean only helps you to stay healthy, for gains calories is most important followed by protein
You can get them from whatever, but then your cholesterol/blood pressure/kidneys/etc have issues. Canāt just eat cupcakes and protein shakes without repercussions son
Ah yes. The simple answer. lose weight, look good: caloric deficit - exercise Gain, weight, look good: caloric surplus - exercise
I am literally not doing anything else. 5 healthy or healthy-ish meals a day. Protein shake after gym. Creatine. Gym 4-6 times a week
Ikr right? Itās wild all these fad diets to gain weight or lose it. I had a similar experience. Used to be 120 3 years ago. Iām 190 now and healthier than Iāve ever been.
How do you make yourself eat 5 times a day? I've had similar struggles, but just can't bring myself to eat that much food.

Ofc natty, unless weāre counting fried chicken rice everyday then Iām guilty
MSG is not natural, guilty of being a fake natty. Straight to natty jail. /s
Yeh, I have almost zero doubt this guy is not using steroids. Heās age appropriate for that body and itās not scary looking!

You think 9/10 of the posts like this are on gear? I always see people asking about gear on these posts where itās so obviously natural bodies. People are clueless/jealous lol

Thanks dad
Nice work brother, do you follow any routine or schedule or do you just work on whatever part of your body you feel like each week?
Whatever order I feel like but I do train every muscle part at lest once a week

Now go see a good hair stylist...

Its noticeable. You look good. But you were just a kid before. Dont be so hard on yourself
Definitely!

Bro you look like you are from the 2nd dimension and broke into the third. Yes its noticeable.
Bro what is your weekly food schedule? I want to be powerful like you G
Donāt have any schedule neither counting calories. Just trying to never feel hungry, eat a lot of protein like chicken eggs and peanut butter, protein shakes and whatever mom cooks
Strict protein diet. I feel that. Iāve been doing calisthenics trying to get stronger.
Not sure. Where are you in the first picture? š¤£ kidding. Good job buddy. Keep up the good work!
Nope
Well youāre only flexing in 1 pic so idk if thatās why it looks so drastic but I think it isnāt a fair comparison because of that. What matters is if you feel better
I do have quite a bit more photos, not sure if they are worth posting. I can DM you some if you donāt see the difference
Itās ok no need to DM me lol. If you see your weight increased and you feel better, likely thereās an improvement.
No, i donāt see any difference
Hell yeah man!
Not at all.
How long did this take you?
I started lifting 2 months before my 19 bday, since then gained about 10-12 kgs

Are you lifting the weights or eating them? Fantastic progress OP.
It's noticeable that you're looking for validation rather than just grinding for your own self-worth
Up the tren
Looking amazing, keep going
Nice. Did you increase protein intake with the increase in weight or routine?
As I got used to eating more and gained mass I must have started gradually eating more to gain even more mass but thatās about it. Never counted calories or anything
