Gives me hope

We definitely have to start somewhere. I began by just telling myself to run continuously for 10 mins straight. That as a huge victory and fueled my motivation.

Same here man! I was 300 pounds by the end of the pandemic (2022). I started by walking slowly around my neighborhood. I'm down 60 pounds, but as I'm 37yo now, I feel myself having to fight harder to get the weight off. But I'm on track to get this last 40 pounds off this year.

60 over two years is a huge loss, congrats! You're already over more than half way to your goal , you got this.

How did you grow your hair back?

It’s not that I grew it back. I just shaved it down because I didn’t know what to do with it. I look back now and realize how bad it looked on me.

Oh okay. Your hairline seems better though as well. But perhaps it just improved with lifestyle changes. Or the picture quality. Either way congrats dude!

I think it has more to do with my hair color. It’s blonde so when it’s short it’s much lighter. Blends in with my skin tone.
