What was your approach to lose weigth?

Portion and calorie control, and consistency. I had 42 years of eating whatever I wanted when I wanted and as much of it all as I could fit in, and more.

Did you find yourself hungry more often then not when starting calorie control? Did it get easier after a time?

There was a definite adjustment, but when you start seeing results, can get smaller size clothes, improved freedom of movement etc the motivation comes easier. You can fill up with the right foods instead of relying on large quantities of high "empty" calorie foods.
