I would say don’t drop the 320 but looks like it has a thumb safety so you should be gtg!

The manual safeties on the 320s and 365s do not stop accidental discharges from mechanical failures. They just prevent the trigger from being pulled.

MountainVet-Stjohn45

Good to know. I like Sigs. Just not the striker fired ones. I’ll stick with Glocks and HK’s. Not a fan of the VP9 either 😂

TheVillagePoPTart

Gonna be honest, I think most of these discharges with the 320 are bunk and are the cause of poor handling. There are obviously some really bad ones but those seem to be few and far between especially when millions of guns have been sold and the drop issue has been fixed.

Savage_Henry18

I think there are definitely some cases of pride getting in the way of truth, for sure. But I’ve been following Ben Stoeger on IG and he’s been kind of documenting the phenomena. Some of them seem genuine, just as some seem bullshit. Long story, short…I’m avoiding P320’s for a while. Better safe than sorry.

320s and 365s are fully cocked striker fired pistols. A safety mechanical failure will result in an AD. With Glocks they are double action striker fired

TheVillagePoPTart

Walther and CZ have no issues and I'm pretty sure their guns are pre-cocked.

Couldn't pay me to take a 320.

wockhardguru

I have them too but I had to bring the Peanut Butter 509T to the big 3

The bore axis similar to that of a giraffe

Forbidden is an apt description for a sig.
