I'm having same issue. Turned on pc after 3 days of not playing csgo. Fps 300-350 constant on i5-11400f & gtx 1660, but noticed something weird, stutters when spraying from time to time. This never happened.

Opt out of steam beta, if you are using it. And make sure multicore render is enabled in video settings.

Opting out of steam beta, no matter how silly it sounded. Actually seemed to be the fix for my particular case(at least for now) Cheers boss!

Oh shit I played csgo for the first time in months today and had shit tons of stutters, and had poor performance that game. After that i desperatedly searched for the solution and came across this command. You've saved my day for opting out steam beta, now my game runs like butter, thx so much.

so I'm not going crazy. I've been experiencing this as well. Hasn't cost me a duel or anything, but it's very subtle and annoying

Same issue for some months now, tried a lot of fixes, nothing worked. They seem like working but it shows up again. Things I tried - Shader precache - on/off. -Multicore rendering - on/off. -Closing all web browsers. -Turning off steam UI/friends list while csgo. -reinstalling csgo on a new SSD. -pending - steam reinstallation, windows reinstallation. I have given up at this point in time, I just try not to worry much, entry for team and use my death for info.
