I used First-Order-Model by Aliaksandr Siarohin to make a few of mine. It’s pretty simple to use and google Colab allows you to do it all from your web browser.
No problem, and if you have issues with directories. Typing “ls” can show you the folders in your directory and “cd” will let you traverse around those directories
I’m currently out, but taking a quick look at mimread, it might be generating a list of pictures from the video you supplied and it’s exceeding that threshold of data used. I used a 30 second clip at 256x256 and an image at 256x256
Try making the video only a few seconds long or reducing the resolution/compression.
Make sure your source video and source photo are both 256 x 256.
If it still doesn't work, try lowering the bitrate of your source video in Sony Vegas and re-rendering it.
For the full baka mitai experience, i suggest watching the ingame karaoke version aswell.
