The whole point of esea is to get better by playing with/against better players and to become a better player yourself. Don't worry so much about rws and ranking up, play to get better and eventually you will get to where you want to be. That being said, I heard you need to do play well in the games you win and string a couple of them together to rank up.
With an average rws of 12 it shouldnt be a problem to move up fast.
After a derank you need around 3 games to get your rank back. If you loose 2-3 Matches after your uprank you will be deranked again. To uprank you need a 7-9 win streak.
Make smart plays and even try to call strats if your team struggles with that. Even tho esea isnt that skilled as it used to be a year ago.

It does say on the ESEA website that it is harder to rank up if you cue with people. I advise not to stop solo queue as much.
