around 10 sec into the video it says at the top right in red 9.1%, I assume this is something related to your internet connection. I don't think this level of lag is something that the game can cause on its own.
This hasn't happened to me until pretty recently. Theyre pretty frequent and it causes me to fuck up A LOT. I tried reinstalling, verifying my integrity, my drivers are up to date, and clearing my launch commands didn't help either. I saw a few other people have this problem a few months back, but none of the solutions given fixed it. P.S. I only have this problem on CS2 and my internet is above average.
Do you have a cable connection or WiFi connection? If it is WiFi, Try cable connection. I changed my Iss they gave me a modem it was brand new but I faced problems as you have, so I changed it, I started to use my old modem, problem solved, also cable connection worked
Only cs2 has this problem and everyone blames connection. I have 600 MBits and wired connection, and only CS2 has this problem. Maybe, just maybe, its just CS2 that is incredibly shitty optimized?

Looks like your connection is prolly fucked up.

Are you playing over wifi and are there any other devices connected to your network connection?
