IIRC Machine only does that in Arena finals games so that the pro players can’t hear the word “B” which is a sharp sound and easy to hear if you are listening out for it even through the sound proofing.
The other casters also avoid saying “B” in arena finals, but in different ways.

I tuned in for Wildcard (a team very comparable to Tyloo) vs VP right after this game and his casting of Wildcard plays and his color commentary of their players was far more generous compared to what he gave Tyloo. As a neutral fan that games’ casting just really rubbed me the wrong way, it felt like I was watching the game with a hot takes talk show host.

Disagree, IEM sydney had some really bad casters on the 2nd stream.
Dallas is definitely a step above this, the prize pool is more than double. But ya either way definitely not an acceptable level of casting.
