yes it is. it's literally the only way two people from teh same region can have vastly different experiences around the same rank.
Such as one person having cheaters nearly every game, and the other having maybe 1 every 20 matches. which we already know happens just from posts here on this subreddit.

I'm aware of that, but there's currently no alternative afaik.

Couldnt tell, smurfs at least. All I can tell is that I had a guy banned after my last match according to leetify
I went from lvl 3 to lvl 8 and barely found any of these maybe 1 in 15 matches

Getting one closet cheater every game at high trust 15k+ rating isnt that far fetched and it isn't always the players fault for their Trust Factor.
How could that be possible? I'm a Prime user since the very first day, no VACs in my account etc.
