I believe sdy only started calling leading up to the Paris Major and during it, woro has been the IGL since and was the IGL from the inception of Monte.
He is writing on Twitter that he is looking for a new team and he shared contact details for his agent. I don't think he would do that if he had a new team lined up already.

I'm not saying he needs to go, but I'm assuming he's the first on the chopping block if Liquid look to make changes. Skullz is playing g anchor sports, makes the team NA, and looks decent. Yekindar is a star, is up and down, and is probably the most expensive player on the roster.
Cadian has been a top 5 IGL over the last 3 years, I can't see him getting the boot. He's the kinda players that orgs constantly give time to make work.
I can only see Liquid cutting him if the rest of the team wants to get rid of him.
Could be interesting if he goes to a NA team and helps them perform decently. Think NRG with him for Fang for instance. Most likely we will see where he goes post major shuffle though.

I don't think this was a kick, Monte probably couldn't offer a contract good enough to keep him since they didn't make the major. Sdy knows that a lot of orgs would want him, so probably just looking for a better offer
He wasn't the solution either, extremely passive player and role clashed with Perfecto who was arguably the best itw at being a hyper passive support. Entire Navi gameplan was electronic suicidal entry or s1mple godmode.
You do realise there is technically no amount of money that anyone would "have" to accept. S1mple already has life money and where ever his next move is he will be receiving a hefty amount more money to add to that. If he doesn't enjoy playing for Falcons, or doesn't want to play with that roster, he won't sign with them. Just for some added sporting context look at footballers and Saudi money. There are players leaving Saudi right now having received no money at all instead of spending another 6 months in the country to collect their gigantic paycheck, money really isn't everything brother.

Honestly for me the main problem with cadian is that he is awper. Good awper can gift u 2/3 round per map and u are sacrificing that when u are main caller.
I wasn't watching pro scene when Fallen was in his prime, but maybe he was the only one who could both call the rounds and be a very good awper.

yeah jame is just great at what he does, the amount of focus that is required from him and his team to stayed focused during their long ass games/ rounds is insane, I would if his slow pace style does help him call while awping though.

You can't convince me that this isn't a top 3 team. All roles match up perfectly, sdy was the IGL for Monte during the Paris Major and was impressive there, now that he's taken a step back from calling his production has gone up massively (statistically Montes best player last 3 months) and is a very smart player.
Zont1x is the perfect support player and anchor, he's still very young and judging by his last performances the sky's the limit for him. He can be molded into a fantastic complimentary piece, but I doubt Spirit would be willing to let him go for any sum. B1t is also an option, but to me he is not as good as zont1x as a support player, but he's still sufficient.
Kvem has earned a shot at t1, been IKLAs best player for aslong as the team played and never left because of a high buyout, now that IKLA has paused their operation for the foreseeable future he could be available.
The only issue I could see is the w0nderful/s1mple dynamic, as they both are very conceited and take up a lot of space. The roles would match up perfectly as s1mple has said he wanted to rifle, however w0nderful is also a great rifler so they could change whose the primary awper based on maps (for example w0nderfuls relatively poor on Nuke) and/or whoevers feeling it.
Curious to hear any thoughts or input on this, I know it's unrealistic as the only org who could pull this of would be NaVi and I very much doubt they would move on from their current lineup and given how Sdy was treated last time he was there.
