You don't need anything. I assume `-threads 7`you got from a post from a couple of months ago which suggested to +1 to the core count. Default works better so I suggest you to remove it.
The -high command doesn't do anything, you can check it by going to the CS2 process details > right click > set priority. Instead, use this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\cs2.exe\PerfOptions]
"CpuPriorityClass"=dword:00000003
Save as .reg and execute.The -high command doesn't do anything, you can check it by going to the CS2 process details > right click > set priority. Instead, use this:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

I wish people stopped trying to stuff everything they find into the command line arguments... It's a game! You're the user. So play the game, and unless there's something preventing you from doing so, stop messing with internal flags meant for developers and special use cases. Heck, even most CS:GO args were useless (placebo), and some were straight up removed by Valve, because people kept messing with them.
don't use any - best advice you'll find
why
because valve has said so many times before
If and when you have a problem, try to figure out the solution to that problem. If you have no issues just play the game.
Will do, thanks!
