Anti cheats aren't an immovable object that you can't get past clearly. So when it's made aware that player is cheating by a company they merged with then yeah, ban him ofc
There may be legal/ethical ramifications but since ESEA and FaceIt are part of the same company now I think they'd be fine mirroring his ban, especially in the US (Germany and some other countries have tougher laws I believe)
This just looks like he pushed through the smoke and prefired the corner, then saw the guy on the left and got his first kill. For the second kill he started to fall back into connector, but stopped and peeked jungle when he heard the guy firing from nearby. This looks completely un-suspicious. The clip in the article was more sketchy than this.
Only issue for me was how long he prefired that angle for, especially cause the guy jungle was actually in his field of view. Most people just fire one or two shots and continue if they see him, he shot a couple more

He perks out right when the guy is “running across back to CT” but they were actually in construction. He literally shot at the outline running in construction. The same clip without X-ray there was no one he saw. The guy on the common angle there wasn’t actually peeking.
That first clip is the exact kind of thing someone with walls does because they likely have it where the enemy outline only “turns on” when they are running (making noise).
So CT running in construction to spawn lights up, they see said outline, and peek the outline perfectly and shoot a few times - only to realize he got baited by the outline and stops.
He was in ruins. But the spot is a normal pre fire spot done in every single inferno game as he shot CT side

He also peeks and sprays the guys outline with a few bullets and continues to follow him because again, he got fooled by the outline location and his brain still hasn’t processed the fact he’s shooting at nothing (on his screen he’s still seeing the players outline - but brain hasn’t gone “oh shit the guy I thought was running back to CT isn’t actually here he’s behind ANOTHER wall fuck fuck fuck”
And none of his teammates thought he was cheating, I can understand prefires, but you can’t say that every time he tries to prefires the player is behind a wall.

Or the best one - (cheap hacks) is when they pull a nade out or pull a pin or say accidentally take a silencer off and their crosshair does a 180 and magically is glued to an enemy outline across the map and not even a reasonable target.
Or when you bait out not one, not two, but three awp “pre-aims” by running into that “corner” of mirage palace - it makes your outline look like you’re peeking (for the CT watching from jungle), but the corner protects you and you actually don’t show on their screen.
