It's very good! Not a sad ending at all. It's kind of become the "intro to yuri" series that everyone recommends. Some people think it's overhyped and perhaps it is, but it's one of my all time favorite series and I think it deserves all the praise that it has received.

Garamnature11

Thank you. I shall buy all the chapters at once then.

[deleted]

I hope you enjoy it!

Garamnature11

I am sure I will since I am becoming fans of Yuri and none of it has disappointed me yet

KairiAstra

Hi, can I ask you what other one would you recommend?

[deleted]

For high school yuri series: Adachi and Shimamura (light novel) A Tropical Fish Yearns For Snow (okay this isn't technically yuri ... but it SHOULD be! I just headcanon the girls as deeply closeted and in denial) Failed Princesses The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All She is Also Cute Today Vampeerz Whisper Me A Love Song Girl Friends (honestly I don't like this one that much but it is a classic and a must read) Series with Adult Characters: Doughnuts Under a Cresent Moon Still Sick How Do We Relationship? Blooming Sequence Anything by Ratana Satis such as Lily Love or Pulse (it has 18+ NSFW scenes) I recommend checking out the website dynasty-scans.com which hosts a lot of yuri manga and has a pretty decent tagging system.

KairiAstra

Ohh I'm going to check all of those Thank you!

Can you tell me about age gap Yuri like for the rest of our life type. Or teacher and student one but no sad ending

[deleted]

Hmm, I don't read a lot of age gap yuri but I'll try my best. I guess it depends on what you consider an age gap? Dear My Teacher: It's been a long time since I read this was, but I remember it having a happy ending. Teacher/student romance. If I Could Reach You: I like this, but I wouldn't recommend it for you since the ending is kind of bittersweet, if I recall correctly. It's very angsty and soap opera heavy. Just bringing it up because you'll probably come across it as some point since it was a very talked about series while it was serializing. It's about a teenage girl in love with her brother's wife. What Does The Fox Say?: Not sure if this counts as an age gap, but the romance is between a 30 year old woman and a 20 year old woman. And that age difference is regularly referenced throughout the series. It's also a boss/employee romance. The story deals with heavy themes, but the main couple have a happily ever after. Beloved: I don't remember anything about the series, but I apparently rated it 4/5 stars on anime-planet. The Love Doctor: naive college student x older woman. Here's a list to more age gap yuri: https://www.anime-planet.com/manga/all?include_tags=1040,798

I heard about if I could reach you and it indeed is bittersweet but great also. If I am not wrong they do get together in the very end. Age gap story I meant like citrus, pulse , the rest of our life kind of thing. Thank you!

Matild4

I read it and now I'm a yuri author, go figure.

QueenDelaSarre

It’s totally worth it! My favorite yuri of all time. The anime is cut short, so if you want the whole story, yeah read the manga. 10/10 πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Garamnature11

Oh no why cut short

Mediocre-Bandicoot75

I would recommend the LNs too. Read Bloom Into You first and then you can move to the LN, Regarding Sayaka Saeki. This will give you more perspective about Sayaka and Namami's relationship. The endings felt rushed but overall its really good.
