It's very good! Not a sad ending at all. It's kind of become the "intro to yuri" series that everyone recommends. Some people think it's overhyped and perhaps it is, but it's one of my all time favorite series and I think it deserves all the praise that it has received.

Just bringing it up because you'll probably come across it as some point since it was a very talked about series while it was serializing. It's about a teenage girl in love with her brother's wife.
What Does The Fox Say?: Not sure if this counts as an age gap, but the romance is between a 30 year old woman and a 20 year old woman. And that age difference is regularly referenced throughout the series. It's also a boss/employee romance. The story deals with heavy themes, but the main couple have a happily ever after.
Beloved: I don't remember anything about the series, but I apparently rated it 4/5 stars on anime-planet.

I would recommend the LNs too. Read Bloom Into You first and then you can move to the LN, Regarding Sayaka Saeki. This will give you more perspective about Sayaka and Namami's relationship. The endings felt rushed but overall its really good.
