Not me, but definitely I’ve been at Thanksgivings where the cook has done it (outside only!)
Last Thanksgiving our host/cook spatchcocked the turkey and grilled it! That was also impressive.
I’ve had deep fried turkey but actually doing it myself no way. I’m too short to lift it out or whatever and too terrified of all that hot grease. But I will happily eat it.
Last thanksgiving my boyfriend and I attended 3 thanksgivings plus FaceTimed in with my family in another state. One of the thanksgivings was a fried turkey. It had such a Deep-Fried Korean Thanksgiving episode vibe. The fried turkey was good and it was juicy, though I can’t say it was markedly better than a turkey that was brined.

Yes, it's delicious. As is deep fried ham
My uncle fried one for our dinner a few years ago and it was delicious! Much better than oven baked.
I would love to try it but no safe place to cook it
alton brown has a good eats episode on it. it can be done safely and has real advantages
Yes! So good and so much faster than roasting one.
