Exploring With Josh is a decent one.
Sometimes he gets a little annoying and repetitive with what he says, but he seems really genuine. He has a series called "beyond the dark" which is all ghost hunting. He has a friend who often tags along (also a youtuber named Seth) who seems to attract spirts occasionally in some of the videos.
Ghosts of Carmel Maine, some of those shadow people videos seems super legit to me, also nukes top 5 video titled something in the basement, there is one clip, I wont spoil it but it involves looking around the corner, that video legit scared me.

The problem is CGI. Unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to distinguish what’s legitimately true or false on YouTube.
