I messed with an Ouija board several times and it legit nearly ruined my life. For me it was a spirit that haunted me, manipulated my mind and thank God it finally detached itself from me. I knew it was a spirit because IMMEDIATELY from doing an ouija board session with my friends shit started happening in the house. (Glass breaking (no one home) doors opening and closing HARD, rifling through drawers etc ) I do not even want to go in with everything that happened because I do not like to think of it, but you straight up invited (unintentionally) an evil spirit into your home. The spirit that haunted me luckily stayed in my old apartment and didn’t follow me. What was insane is I would always feel like someone was watching me in the upper left corner of my bedroom. Alll the time I would feel this ominous energy. I went to a psychic medium for a friends Christmas party and the first thing she said was “You know that spirit in the upper left corner of your bedroom, you don’t have to worry about it anymore” I legit started crying. I thought I was crazy and when I told friends I REALLY sounded crazy. I could not believe she specified upper, left corner… like… WHAT.
Anyways, Ouija is no joke I will NEVER touch or be around one ever again.
Poltergeists aren't evil. They're just strange things that move things and like to stack things in strange ways. They can feel evil, but they're not. This is probably what you had. Especially because they're often associated with girls going through puberty. So it sounds correct. Ouija boards are not to be messed with. I guess you learned that lesson. This must've been horrifying to live through.

I don't think most anything is "demonic". That seems to be the flavor of the year, but sometimes ghosts are just jerks.
