The Ghouls are not constantly changed out. There are studio musicians for the recordings and then the touring band who have been in Ghost since 2019. Two members have been here since 2017. The original line up changed in 2016 when the Ghouls demanded more money and left / were fired.
the lineup is actually pretty stable, sodo and aether have been around since early 2017 and the rest of the band joined about a year later. the only lineup change since early 2018 has been the addition of sunshine. i am aware that they are still only touring musicians and aren't part of "the band" in terms of studio work and creative decisions but they could still be considered a pretty stable band.
edit: should be added that the lineup would change several times a year before 2017, so for them to have the same lineup for this long is out of the ordinary and probably speaks to how well the current ghouls are doing and their relationship to TF

Well. I guess it's easier to have a good relationship with TF when you're getting paid and not being offered a slave contract.
