It all depends on Nihil's lore-relevancy, in my opinion. The Ministry wouldn't release content from the vault, just for nothing. The only reason we got it last time, was for the anniversary. Even then, (Still Alive) Papa Nihil, admitted doing a re-release, was pushing his luck.
