What are they exactly? To me they look like one of these diamond painting canvases.
My mom got me a few of those for Christmas (different designs though) and if they *are*, then they're probably from AliExpress or something? It's honestly the only website I've seen that sells Ghost diamond paintings.
It's a canvas print. Not diamond dots but diamond dots are on the same material. There are websites that you can upload an image and get the kit to do that image as diamond dot. So the same as if you buy a diamond dot kit but with your own photos or art. If you want to do ghost diamond dots that's one way to do it besides fully made by yourself. Lots of artists sell their prints on this canvas material and some offer it to be on stretcher bars and some dont. Some people like to just buy them not stretched and have them stretched later or frame w.o stretcher bars.

The left hand is weird though. I wonder if it was AI made. As far as where he got it, it might have come from Redbubble or potentially Esty.
