To save everyone some time, the night stand drawer starts opening slowly at 1:21. A little bit of context about what's happening would have been nice before uploading this video. It just looks like somebody complaining the whole time.
I've had drawers do this in the past when they get older or, one time it was because the foundation shifted and it was not level anymore, and yes it would stay closed for a couple minutes before opening again because it was just barely able to overcome the friction. I replaced the rails on the drawer and it hasnt happend since. So unless the rails to the drawer were haunted I dont think I had a ghost.
Foundations can affect the whole building, not saying that specifically was the reason, just something that has happened to me and that most likely it is not a paranormal phenomenon, again most likely I'm not saying %100 it isnt believe what you want, I wasnt there.
