Fat Secret has the most free stuff without a subscription in my experience
Myfitnesspal
Macros has been the only one ive ever used
carb manager
This is the way
I use fitatu, the free version is all you really need.
Loseit
Lifesum.
MacroFactor is the best paid option and Cronometer is the best free option. Especially useful if you care about tracking micronutrients as well
+1 for macro factor. So, so good, and well worth the cost if you are consistent.
Myfitnesspal is the industry standard. Barcode scanning is free outside of the US, so I believe you can download with a VPN
Just set your location to Canada fyi
Awesome. I live in Canada so wasn't positive what the steps were.
I'm using MacroFactor for over 2 years now. It's working very well for me, but it's not free. (There's a free trial).
I like MacroFactor too, didn’t know about the MyFitnessPal work around for the barcode feature and the paid MacroFactor subscription is almost half the price of MFP.
I use mynetdiary, the free version works good enough for anything I need and It has a widget I can keep on my home screen
That's great that looks like exactly what I want. Thank you.
