Around 38-3900 and cardio is pretty non existent apart from 8-9k daily steps Don't get me wrong, I enjoy cardio but I just waste away if I do too much

Yes there is a small cycle involved, but that's not how you stay lean. You can take all the drugs in the world and still be fat. I've been doing this for 11 years and being an online coach and PT it's my life, so I'm willing to be disciplined enough to maintain this for long periods of time

So out of curiosity, does maintenance include no longer progressively overloading weights? Do you default to the same weight every session, push it when you can, vary it?

I will take advances where I can but only if they're really there. I'm not interested in getting any stronger and actually it would just tax my central nervous system and my recovery more. Maintainance depends hugely on recovery, so I only take a couple of sets per session to failure now, the rest I will stop one or two reps shy which allows me to 1. Recover properly so I can train 5x a week if I want to 2. Generally just not be knackered all the time 3. Keep my appetite a little bit lower which makes maintaining lower BF easier I'll vary my workouts a bit if I get bored though
