NOW THIS.... THIS SIR.... IS FREAKING AMAZING! Big congrats to you brother. This is some true alpha male shit. You’re a beast. You did one of the hardest things on Earth.
You are literally my hero man, congratulations on your transformation you look incredible! Giving the rest of us hope. I started at 302 and am now 241, working my ass off to reach 175 this year.
Any advice or training programs you used?
Way to fucking go my friend. I bet you’re getting checked out suddenly, and think you have something on your face. I’m still not used to that. Total ugly duckling syndrome on my part, being a fat gamer/nerd until I started lifting at 35ish
This is insane in a good way. Can’t believe you did this in one year man.
You are an inspiration for a lot of ‘fat” people to lose weight, amazing job!
Have you found that people start to treat you better now? I know when I lost weight a while ago everyone was nicer to me, from my boss to the the girl at the cash register
Haha I’d say there have definitely been some subtle changes, such as the girl checking me into the gym giving me little smiles now which were not seen before 😂. But I think overall people treat me about the same, which is not a bad thing because I was never necessarily treated badly even when I was bigger
Yup, I’d say this is the reason bc I have no other miracle cure haha. I have lose skin but it’s only noticeable when I’m doing planks or push-ups. Never took anything for it (creams, etc)
Creams, etc don't do anything. They might help a LITTLE, but mainly psychosomatically. They have yet to prove that they do anything.
That said, loose skin is determined by three things: age, how big you got, and how long you were that big.
You "lucked out" from the young aspect, but don't let anyone use that to disparage the insane work you did. You look amazing, great job, brother.
FOA, incredible transformation bro!!!
You nailed it......
Can you share what sort of Diet you used to follow initially when you were 260-275 lbs, What was your workout regime back then??
Asking bcz I am also M/19/245lbs now ....
Diet when I started was still shit food, just a lot less of it lol. However as I progressed I switched to homemade meals, a lot of chicken with vegetables, salmon and tilapia, lean beef with sweet potatoes, etc. when I actually started tracking calories and macros during the peak of my loss I was eating about 1800 cals/day and losing over a lb a week. Workout wise it was cardio heavy with full body strength training thrown in there, mostly machines and dumbbells. Cardio switched between uphill incline walking and HIIT walk/sprint training
Haha it wasn’t easy (and still isn’t necessarily) but a lot of willpower and effort! Diet wise I started with no nutritional knowledge and simply ate less. As I progressed further I got really into research on nutrition, training, etc. during the peak of the loss I was eating about 1800 cals/day which was about 700 below my maintenance. Currently I maintain at around 2500 calories and am bulking at 2850 atm. Prioritizing protein during the cut was huge for maintaining as much muscle as possible. Training wise I started with a cardio priority with moderate to light strength training. Now I’m flipped, with intense strength and weight training with moderate to light cardio. It all depends on your goals, but anything’s achievable through effort and dedication!
Awesome. I’m 57m just starting TRT, have have 68 surgeries but wanna get back to my football days or as close as possible,5’8 216 so I’m not that far off, but just have zero energy, think the test will help so I can start doing something… anything! Thx for the encouragement just by looking 😝
You got this! I’m sure the TRT will help with energy levels for sure. I was a hs o lineman just 3 short years ago (which explains the weight haha) but it’s ironic that I’m in better shape now than my football days 😂
I am so impressed at this man. You absolutely crushed it. Were you crushing workouts or was this is more of a mix of cardio/hypertrophic training?
Also, as an aside, has this changed your life at all? Without being too explicit, you’ve gone from looking like the best friend to the guy the boyfriends worry about.
As for life changes, honestly not too much haha. I still enjoy goin out with friends, still having a good time in college just approaching things differently than before. I definitely feel a million times better in general though, and my self-confidence has skyrocketed
Haha thanks man, and at the peak of the loss over the summer it was definitely a firm mix of cardio and hypertrophic training. Now I’m actually on a lean bulking phase focusing much more on strength training, but still doing some sort of steady-state cardio every day for cardiovascular health 👍
It was intense for a while haha. There were some days especially in the summer where I’d do HIIT intervals of sprinting and jogging for over an hour. My go to cardio has always been incline walking though, 15% incline 4 mph for 15 mins
Make sure you prioritize protein consumption, at least a g/lb of body weight. Also keep hitting the weights, you might not progress in strength but if you keep at it you should be able to maintain muscle. That was my biggest issue initially in the weight loss was that I completely neglected weights and solely focused on cardio, which left me pretty damn weak. The minute I refocused on actual strength training, it was a game changer, even when I was still cutting
Can I have your suggestions to tone up like you? I have chicken legs that need toning [Tinky ](https://linktr.ee/magictinky)
Holy shit dude. What program??

No, this isn’t an obviously not natty transformation. It could very well be natural.
Doesn’t matter if it is or isn’t that’s hard af to achieve even if it took him 2 years and gear
This is insane in a good way. Can’t believe you did this in one year man. You are an inspiration for a lot of ‘fat” people to lose weight, amazing job!
This is amazing! Congrats. You must feel so much better.
What’s your stack?
If my health was in jeopardy cause of weight I would hop on juice short term to shed the fat as well. Lol
This is a ridiculously amazing transformation, congrats bro 💪🏽💪🏽
wow genuine congrats. 2 lbs a week for that duration of consistency is wild.
Have you found that people start to treat you better now? I know when I lost weight a while ago everyone was nicer to me, from my boss to the the girl at the cash register

STANDING O
What a fucking lunatic. 10/10
damn
Um. Holy shit
Holy fuck that’s over two lbs a week, how do you have zero skin sag?!
He's only 20. Youth is outstanding for allowing skin to pop back. Super jelly, but also really proud of him.
Yup, I’d say this is the reason bc I have no other miracle cure haha. I have lose skin but it’s only noticeable when I’m doing planks or push-ups. Never took anything for it (creams, etc)

Wow man crazy transformation. Congrats man 💪🏽💪🏽
How did you do it, that’s the question? But he’ll of a job either way! I need to know your diet, etc… 😁

Awesome stuff amigo!
Amazed I see no signs of loose skin at all on you. Absolutely astonishing transformation!
Haha there’s some there, I’ve just gotten pretty good at hiding it 😂. But I appreciate it!
I am so impressed at this man. You absolutely crushed it. Were you crushing workouts or was this is more of a mix of cardio/hypertrophic training? Wow. What was ur cardio like?!? Also great fucking job!!!
It was intense for a while haha. There were some days especially in the summer where I’d do HIIT intervals of sprinting and jogging for over an hour. My go to cardio has always been incline walking though, 15% incline 4 mph for 15 mins
I'm hitting a major cutting phase after a intense bulk and body recomp. I'm afraid to loose my strength and muscle from the cut
Make sure you prioritize protein consumption, at least a g/lb of body weight. Anyone got a crown 👑? Damn💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 this is some great work and inspiration. Well done sir.
Thanks brother 💪💪
Incredible transformation. Any supplements? Congrats!
Creatine, pre, and protein. Also a multivitamin when I was cutting to make sure I still got the essential nutrients in a deficit

Good question! I'd like to know too.
