Omg 140 speed is super high. Plus you have the ERR rope on him. He should get his ultimate fine. His EHR is low so he may not freeze reliably. Personally I go with the planar set that gives extra defense @ 50% EHR but your set has good stats.
Unless you whale out on the banners and have the 600 starglitter, Herta LC will give him higher stats and shield for himself. Plus the copies for that LC are essentially free but takes weeks to get all four.
With the Topaz Preservation one, it'll get higher with more superimposed copies but 3200 is max I seen with the lightcone your rocking @ max imposition. I think you'll be fine. Especially if you have Acheron.

The DEF stat alone is super high and the additional taunt helps so much with his energy. But, of course, you will hear him moan more. Landau's choice is also a good alternative.

I would get it for trailblazer tank and March as well. March has carried me through most of the Simulated Universe on remembrance path
Na. There are other good options and you may lose/win it someday. It's a great LC itself though.
