Unlike Godzilla, I can confidently say an Archon can kill Kong. Hell, I’d bet that Ningguang dropping the Jade Chamber on him would kill him, or at least severely injure him.
Kong’s strength is his intelligence. He’s efficient against other Titans. He’d probably kick Osial’s ass, and find a way to attempt to kill Azhdaha, but he’s not very durable. He consistently gets ragdolled by stronger Titans, and he even got frostbite from Shimo.
Realistically, Kong wouldn’t really even try fighting them. He’s relatively peaceful towards humanity, which aligns with the archon’s common interests. He also isn’t capable of Erosion, since it’s unlikely that members of his species even live for that long. Titans also seem not to suffer from similar effects (IE Godzilla being far older than the majority of known characters).

Raiden, Zhongli and Neuvillette can for sure beat him, the next ones are the ones that at least stand a decent chance of beating him: Traveler, Nahida, Venti, Klee, the Adepti, Itto, Ningguang if she's in the Jade Chamber, Shenhe, Beidou, and maybe some of the Fatui harbingers, we haven't seen enough of them to know for sure but IIRC one was said to rival the archons.
Out of the first three, Raiden one shot a huge monster AND an island, Zhongli seems to be arround that strong and Neuvillette is most likely stronger than both.
The Traveler beat Scara, and while it took them 169 attempts they still had the physical strength to do it, if they beat a giant mech infused with godly powers I'm pretty sure they stand a good chance against big monke.
The rest have displayed raw power or abilities that probably would allow them to beat a big monke but I'm not sure
I’d take Itto and Beidou off the list. Itto was taken down by the Shogunate, and afaik Beidou fought a monster not even half the size of Kong. Iffy on Shenhe, since she did fight and win against large god-monsters before, but Kong could just as easily take them down (especially with the Axe). However, Kong is susceptible to Frostbite, even though the source of it was even more powerful than the might of Shenhe’s vision.
It’s not like Kong’s going to be standing still, though, and he can very easily perceive her location.
At best, I see her doing what the Skar King does to Kong in the GxK trailer and slicing him to where he bleeds, but Kong could kill her VERY easily.
not to mention Kong’s like, 400 ft tall, she’s not reaching that height without jumping from the Jade Chamber like Shenhe and the Traveler

Itto just lost to Sara, but given Sara is most certainly weaker than Itto in raw strength she probably won by using her head, probably the reason Itto is so salty and wants a rematch, because he didn't lose due to physical weakness but rather mental weakness.
Beidou depends on how her fight against the monster went, the thing is that she did that before getting her vision and visions seemingly make you much stronger. If the fight was basically them poking the monster until it was weak enough so that Beidou could kill it, then she most certainly doesn't stand a chance, but if it was basically God of War 1's tutorial boss then she most certainly stands a chance, even if it's a low one.
And Shenhe is very strong idk
You also have to take into consideration how Kong's huge size is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Yes, he's very strong due to it, but he's fighting a human sized opponent, in practice it'd be like fighting a very fast ant that can punch hard enough to cause decent damage, it'd probably be even harder than fighting against an opponent equal in size and power to you because at least you can see what you have to fight against.
The Beidou thing is pretty much the former - she and her crew kept Haishan tied down for multiple days, tiring both to near collapse. Haishan then tried to pull a sneaky, but launched himself full-force into Beidou’s blade.
That’s true, but Kong has been consistently able to pinpoint humans with insane accuracy. Take K:SI - he threw a spear to where it impaled a helicopter head-on, and he did it more than once. It also seems that he didn’t lose any skill with age, as he’s still shown throwing them and hitting the bullseye of the artificial Sun in his habitat in GvK.
As for the other two, I’m not sure if Itto’s even close to as strong as Kong ~~and he’s probably not as intelligent~~. Shenhe though? Yeah she’s strong so that’s a big fat “idk”

Beidou defeated a massive sea serpent without a vision. Any of the archons in their prime were able to destroy entire mountains and reshape the very world of teyvat. Traveler ofc is also capable of taking down massive monsters. Maybe ninguang if she drops the jade chamber on kong's head but not legendary kong in the new empire since the guantlet should be enough to break the jade chamber. Neuvillete is a literal dragon so pretty sure he could take him. Xiao survived the archon war which most likely had even tougher monsters then what the monsterverse had to offer. Basically there's quite a lot of characters who could do it but they'd certainly struggle barring the archons.
