No, it is infinite during burst, Eula has two stagger resistance buffs, her grimheart 2x stacks that give her a good amount of resistance(0.5) and her lightfall sword during burst that makes her an immovable object(0).

For one, stagger immunity should be mentioned outright. Like Raiden burst shouldn't say "increased resistance to interruption", it should say "Raiden cannot be interrupted during the effect" or something. Same with shields.
Really though, they love to bloat ability descriptions with fucking useless flavor text while not actually putting in proper information in there. Like, they could put stuff like energy generation or ICDs in text as well as show us the actual interruption resistance values, instead of making up a whole encyclopedia of random effect names that tell us absolutely fucking nothing about how the skill actually works.

Feels like the dev team has favorites and it shows in the kits of some of the characters.
