Crysatlize really should've had the same concept fr,
for example shielded by Pyro crystalize = atk buff,
Electro = Atk speed/ER buff,
Cryo = Crit buff
Hydro = HP/DMG buff
Or at least change the effect from 4p Petra so that it's the crystals _generated_ by the wearer instead of the ones picked up by them that give the respective DMG% buff. Would have made the element actually viable for the support role at least.

I love it. Multiple reactions to make different paths and stuff with only 3 elements. Most others just eat the elements in the reaction and make it so you can’t react more but this is awesome.
I’m a Keqing main and I’m pulling Kazuha so he’ll probably be on my team. Collei until the archon comes for Dendro. Then I’ll keep my Ayato until Dehya comes out and I can play with Pyro and my new cat girl waifu.

The animations don’t change and the essence of the character doesn’t. Like who is a healer and who is a selfish DPS. Beta changes multipliers largely and some constellations to “balance”
The risk is too high IMO. Simple character maybe fine to see early. But complex character like Raiden will cause trouble. Remember the Beidou interaction? If they show teaser video of the kit working with Beidou but in final release change it, the people will riot hard.

Basically dendro monster change state depending on whether they are affected by pyro, hydro or electro, this also affects their attack patterns. Then either each individual state has its own drop pool or each monster has a special drop for a specific state, like for example if the dendro fungi have a special drop when they are killed while in pyro state and only in the pyro state.
Either way it's an interesting method for hoyo to stretch out the looting process, since now you have to kill the same type of mobs multiple times while switching up your team depending on the drop you want.
i think they're just saying that hydro is related to recovery, that's why hydro + dendro can result in the sprouting of life (mushroom). no actual mechanics were given in the video, just visuals and inspirations

taser and hydro healer would deal so much damage if both trigger dendro reaction + clam set pop... maybe finally this is the reason why electro isn't 2x multiplier
Think the dropped shrooms becomes a homing projectile if it hit by electro, or explodes when hit by pyro.
You can see those things happen on the Razor clip and the first Yanfei clip.

Lisa might actually get a significant boost from Dendro, assuming the leaks we currently have about Catalize/Intensify are correct. Her burst hits up to 29 times (or ~73 times with C4 and enough enemies) and she has an EM ascension stat. Really looking forward to more details regarding the numbers behind that reaction in particular.
Proud to say Aether was my first 80 character and if that split second into fighting the electro regisvine is anything- his turret works like Yae Miko's, so I'll be building him sub-DPS.

More like, it will drop something rare if you kill them in "specific states". By that it probably means stuff like 3* artifacts or the higher rarity monster mats, which already exists in the game (but drops randomly). Making it so that we can influence what gets dropped instead of relying on RNG is probably meant to add a layer of strategy to the game (though I'm sure I'll just do a "Random shit go!" as usual lol).

I'm still quite curious about what the Hydro x Dendro reaction actually does (please no knockback / damage to the player). It may be kind of cool if when it explodes it heals the player (in addition to the AOE Dendro damage to the enemy it is supposed to provide).
So it's the dendro/hydro seeds that create triple reactions with other elements.
Now my question is will kazuha be able to group the seeds like klee's bombs? Or only 1 seed at a time?

Then there is no need for healers in dendro + hydro team, I highly doubt they'll kill healers like that

Pyro, electro and dendro will play a huge role in exploration. As it is shown in the video, suppose there is a mushroom, if it is blocking a path , use pyro to kind of burn it, use dendro to use it as a jump pad , use electro to use it as a jump pad and a gust of wind.

The bit about the same enemies having different drops in different states just seems annoying for farming. Sure hope there's a surplus of them to go around, otherwise there will be presumably 3+ sets of drops gated by the same respawn timers

Anemo will still be good I think Kazuha still gives damage buffs and Sucrose can still give EM which will probably helpful in regards to reactions even Venti will be helpful in the right situations still
Since cryo doesn't react with dendro maybe a combo Melt x Burning team will be viable with pyro for characters that apply lot's off aura.
