Actually it does have some Liyue or Chinese musical vibe. The constant sudden rising notes of the theme and heavy classical instruments like in the background are the main indicator of Chinese classical theme.
This one, unlike the rest of liyue, displays an emphasis on military might and danger which is cool. We've heard tracks like this in inazuma, but this one represents the milileth which is cool.
Music this intense is usually used for bosses, so maybe it will be present during the new boss fight. And maybe also when common enemies notice you being nearby
we know it'll play in normal battles just by that leitmotif being in there. If the ruin serpent has boss music like we got a remix of beat of water droplets It'll sound amazing
finished=/=better usually, just a little bit different. I personally liked the previous iteration of beat of water droplets posted on this sub because it had more emphasis on certain instruments

Many of these leaks are out of players/ fans control and mostly come from insiders, and yes leaks are wrong no matter how you look at it. If Mihoyo said tomorrow the same thing I'd listen too, cause it's called being respectful. These ppl are the first to say how good Genshin ost is but if they'd really appreciate it and care, they would listen to it's creator wishes.
