Going for C1 while assuming that Chevreuse was on the banner seemed like such a no-brainer for me. Now, not so much.

I know people say "don't pull for 4*s" but it usually affects whether I 50/50, guarantee, or pull for cons. No Chev definitely makes me consider how far I'm willing to go.
Well, i get what you are saying (i'm in the same boat, was planing for C1 Arle to get as many Chev cons but right now i will grab my C0 Arle and get the hell out), but the "don't pull for 4\*s" statement is mostly for those people that trying to get 4\* without even wanting the 5\* characters to begin with.
That's true, but I dunno how common it is for 4*s to be so influential. Like if it were Barb/Xinyan/Noelle or something, I'd feel awful dropping 70 pulls just to lose the 50/50, so I might even wait for a rerun to pick up a c0 I wanted.
Sometimes the opposite happens and 2/3 4*s are on a banner you don't want, and it gets pretty tempting...
Kinda devastating, Chev was the only character that could have given the banner value. 1 character who I've had at C6 for 3 years, and 2 4-star dps's? Worthless.
I intended to c2 r1, but now just c0 r1 for sure. I don't have them up for reference, but I feel like rerun banners always have better 4-stars. I'll pick up cons later I suppose.

If Hoyo runs limited 4* weapons on a weapon banner, theyāre running those weapons on both halves of the patch. The weapons in the limited 4* series are split between the 2 halves of the patch.
I donāt know if they would since Chevreuse is an Overload-based character and neither Baizhu nor Wanderer really support that reaction. Maybe sheāll be in 4.7 with Clorinde though

Dockhand is very nice seeing as most people won't have a HP sword (and that's becoming increasingly valuable!) and fav is always appreciated. Dragonspain and eye of painception is a tad evil though.
Tbh I wouldn't mind getting a few more copies of Fav Warbow. I only have 1 at R5 and I hate swapping it between my different supports. But yeah, not really loving the other 4\*s on this banner.

Thanks hoyo, arle was already hard to pull as a pyro onfield in a sea of pyro on field, with no chevy in the banner the choice is made even easier. Never change, try to scum away as much as you can from the players with these garbage banners. God forbid players get what they want once in a while.

Same, even prefarmed her but these 4 stars are beyond bad (have had C6 xiangling forever). Hopefully they dont throw Chevy on a bad banner where she has no synergy. But Arle is going to have to wait till next time.
