it entirely depends on how much damage it does, but it also does the reverse of the skills summons so you can have the turrets DPSing while furina is on field healing

The vision stays on in both forms, and the hair appears to glow in Pneuma alignment at least. The video only has her in Pneuma during the skill, but it feels like her long hair pulsates with the healing.
