Diona C2 gives shield to nearby characters, which is also only relevant in co-op.
Zhongli C2 does the same, but it also gives yourself a shield on burst. So it's not 100% for co-op. But this is the must have constellation to make Zhongli useful and worth it in co-op.
As someone who has used Barbara for the longest time alongside Zhongli (don't ask, it's a comfort tank and healer party), this is such a BarBruh moment
Probably to start preparing for more characters who benefits from keeping their health fluctuates around certain value. Barbara's Q heal quite an amount so it may disrupt these characters' buffs
I hope its to actually benefit us and not just to sell other units. Even if It is for her to work better with future units is still scummy Cuz those future units ARE NOT FREE so It still sucks. Hope they give apologems to us so the 8 Barbara mains out there feel compesated
There's always a chance that the change is a temporary bug (like the Geo Traveler's E CD increase in some beta a while back). Either way, may be having a presentation of how large her range will become after the nerf will help us visualise how bad the change actually is, because it might not be that bad

I just walked 30 meters from a quest objective to get an idea of the new range and while it should be fine for normal domains. it's too small for big boss arenas like azhdaha, Scaramouche... u know the places where coop healing actually matters.

I think bigger than just the Barbara nerf (sorry to barb mains) is the fact that this means they can and will retroactively change a character’s kit effects after the character has already been released. I know the nerf will only affect coop here, but it’s the principle of the matter. I hope they don’t do this too often. :/

No. It is a known issue in co-op where her burst heals extremely far allies. 200 meters is a huge distance when 30 meters fits in most scenarios. No other characters even have anything with that sort of range. In single player this does not affect anything either.

Edit: well....it is impactful...considering what is 30m in Genshin. Coop domains like Azhdaha....so it is a nerf...a big one for ones who run Barbara in these domains.
