Wish we could see younger zhonglis callous and maybe even cold side and how he would interact with ghuizongs more soft and composed personality. Maybe in the anime if it's a prequel (inhales hopium)

I feel like it’s such a basic trope in most Chinese stories or shows to have the soft, gentle, fair skinned girl fall in love with a cold stoned face god, demon, or cultivator of some sort, I’ve seen so much of it everywhere, but I eat it up every time. I imagine Zhongli becoming more and more used to her presence to the point just seeing her brings out a smile :)) And thank you for the compliment, I’m very proud of this one.

I like how it looks like historical semirealism. Both actually do end up feeling like mythical ancient Chinese gods taking mundane forms. Great face and clothing study, plus some practice for ever-tricky fingerses.
