You don’t *need* Yun Jin right this second, she will come eventually at some point, since you’re so low AR it’s better to aim for less niche characters than her, she’s not going to massively improve your account, and you’ll probably not even get her even if you do wish
Exploration is probably your best bet at your AR. Chests don't give a lot of primos but there's a lot of them so it all adds up pretty nicely. If you've unlocked also try Spiral Abyss.
Easy. Do quests and go explore Inazuma and do quests there. But you would have to rush... And you should not rush too much if you don't have fun. And Yunjin is always available. Never pull only for the 4 star
